I can’t work it out!

I had a comment in my notifications saying someone was leaving bad stuff on my user page and they said you can see it : “here” in the format below:

It says it was user:2601:190:4301:C7BE:58CB:C46B:829C:E700 ... is there any way to trace who it was from that?

I know I’m not talking to anyone specific... but hoping someone see’s this one day!
