Hey, my name is Timothy Lake and I go by foxgemini most often on the internet. I'm a student at Wright State University, majoring in Religion. I plan to get a Master's of Library Science and a subject master's, and beat the system by becoming gainfully employed with health insurance and a liberal arts degree. My personality is best described as 'acid-headed Christian' and 'bisexual intellectual.' I'm a bit addled from some forays into the right side of my brain as a young member of this society.

I like reading the music pages at Wikipedia, and that is my primary reason for joining. I've already started some talk at the Soul Coughing page, which I'm hoping will lead to a later edit of the page. If no one seems to be jumping in, I will just edit the page as I please. (within the basic rules of course)

I'm into all kinds of music. I'm classically trained, and also have a few years of jazz classes under my belt. It wouldn't be odd to find Bartok nestling next to Mindless Self Indulgence in my iTunes folder. I like avant-garde and progressive rock, and have always had a thing for Steve Albini produced punk bands as well. I grew up in the nineties, and listened to a lot of the music that was actually good in that era like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Primus and others.

I'm interested in getting to know people, and helping edit where I can help. I have a lot of knowledge, but it tends to be fairly diffuse. I have an interest in the humanities as well as pop music, and I go off on tangents and read a stack of books from time to time.

That should do it I guess.
