Keith Primeau still Captain

The Philadelphia Flyers website says Primeau is still captain (2001/02 - present) ,with Hatcher serving in his absence (2006- present). Therefore, to have Primeau as captain 2001-06 is incorrect because he's not a former captain. I've corrected the Succession Box to reflect the Flyers website.
