Hello Positron, regarding the stuff about Indymedia, I'd like to ask you a question, not sure if you'll know. I read this article which states that the AN called for indymedia to be shut down last Novermber, after a report about the attack on Italian soldiers by Iraqi rebels. The AN said that indymedia "supported terrorism". The article I read about the whole episode was a bit vague, but the way I understood it, what probably happened is that some visitors on the indymedia site (probably not the editors) added some comments that were favourable of the attack. Do you know more about what happened? Was it just about comments people made, or were there maybe people to collect money to support the Iraqi resistance? - pir 22:01, 13 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Sorry, I'm really not informed on that matter.
Bye, --positron 20:43, 2004 Oct 14 (UTC)
What a mess.
[edit]First off, circular links - linking to your userpage on your userpage - are not allowed because popups does not recognise that they are the same page. On regular page viewing, they turn the link bold, which can be achieved by bunging ''' either side of the text you want bolded. Secondly, you definitely shouldn't be nominating an article for deletion using redirects for deletion - please use WP:AFD. And thirdly, copy the text as it appears in the editing window and move it below the -->; <!-- --> is intended to show text in the editing window and not the browser. Might I suggest enabling Twinkle? You can do that by going to 'preferences' - 'Gadgets' - 'Browsing', it will do all that for you.--Launchballer 20:02, 8 November 2013 (UTC)
Indeed, I made a little mess. I apologize. --positron (talk) 22:56, 8 November 2013 (UTC)
