Agathe Uwilingiyimana / Mme Agathe

Unless I am mistaken, saying "also known as Mme Agathe" is confusing because of Agathe Habyarimana being a far more well known Mme Agathe. I read the page that was cited as a reference and saw that Agathe Uwilingiyimana had been referred to as "Mme Agathe" but that is just a polite way to refer to someone in the French language.
