Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ming (PHP Module)
Ming (PHP Module) was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as an historic record. The result of the debate was to keep the article.
Doesn't establish notability, and I don't think it can. It's an experimental module with unstable functionality, which prevents it from being used in any commerical fashion, which means it's probably not actually being used much at all. - Lifefeed 21:05, Nov 11, 2004 (UTC)
- If I weren't already familiar with what PHP is, I would have no idea what this article was even about from just reading it. If the article could be expanded (but until Ming's instabilities are corrected I don't see it happening), it might be worth listing in a page with other modules. Right now though, delete. - Delete. Wikipedia is not Freshmeat. --Improv 14:50, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Ming is a C library, and only incidentally a PHP wrapper. Consider keeping revised version. -Fennec (はさばくのきつね) 01:18, 15 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- I've used it, so have other people. It's not that rare. Keep. James F. (talk) 22:52, 15 Nov 2004 (UTC)
