User talk:Benedikt~enwiki
Benedict, would you kindly stop messing around in Heteronormativity. Just because you don't like the word, or object to what it describes -- or, in this case, you object to the fact that something is described you obviously believe in -- is no reason to put your private opinion into the article, thereby making it NPOV. The article has already seen two edit wars in one week, kindly spare me the third one. If you insist, however, well, then you insist ... -- AlexR 22:46, 16 Apr 2004 (UTC)
- I will stop "messing" around in Heteronormativity since working with wikipedia requires some basic communication skills otherwise there will be a great mess. So you can stay in your own mess. I will avoid it in further times. --Benedikt 00:55, 17 Apr 2004 (UTC)
Wikispecies Logo
[edit]Hey there,
Are you an admin over there? Was a decision made on the logo? I'm happy to clean this up in a hurry for a final decision, but, as you say, the judging has gone on for quite awhile! jk 21:35, 10 July 2005 (UTC)
I just want to thank you. I worked very hard on that article. I'm not going to do a thing more to it until this blows over. --Bluejay Young 20:42, 21 March 2006 (UTC)

Miracles at Lourdes
[edit]Hello, Benedikt! On the Miracles at Lourdes page we are having a problem with Barbara Shack reverting the page, a possible violation of the WP:3RR rule (you already know the situation). Do you have any suggestions? The dialogue is on both her user page and the Miracles at Lourdes talk page. JBogdan 10:55, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
Also, would it be OK if the page was renamed "Our Lady of Lourdes" instead? The discussion is on the talk page. JBogdan 22:37, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
A favor
[edit]Could you help me fill these three pages:

Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Benedikt. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Benedikt~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
