At best a minority view, more likely just plain nonsense or a hoax. --MarkSweep 18:59, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: Tinfoil hat stuff. Advertising/spam/page rank boosting. Geogre 19:53, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Keep, I actually know from personal experience that there are people who hold this view, and religious views always deserve proper articles, unless they are utterly idiosyncratic. Of course, it needs massive cleanup and should be moved. Everyking 23:03, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Comment: If it gets cleaned up and doesn't proselytize and isn't a linkfarm, then I'll change my vote. More importantly, if an NPOV section locates this belief where it is -- on the far fringe -- that will be better. There are people who believe all sorts of things, from the Albigensians having Jesus's bones to various neo-Gnostics saying that today is the year 50 AD, but if we report them, we don't report them as It's the year 50 AD or The Catholic Crusade against Jesus in France, and we don't lace them with 8 links. This is one of those things where I don't trust anyone to clean it up after VfD and think it surely be deleted unless it's cleaned nearly to perfection before VfD ends. Geogre 23:59, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- I'd keep it. This is a matter of interest for some and belief for others. There is at least one growing sect that has material in their canons that supports ascribes to this belief. See: Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. While that article needs NPOV'ing, it's list of their beliefs is accurate. The Ahmadis, while not 10% of all Muslims as the article claims, are not a small group that you can dismiss as a "tin foil" cult. Also, this is a strain that runs through several belief systems in the syncretist mix that exists in Kashmir.—iFaqeer (Talk to me!) 00:24, Dec 4, 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. It's weird, but so are lots of religions. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 01:29, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)

- Delete as is. If it gets cleaned up, then I may change my vote. BTW, the page was moved to Jesus in Kashmir and now the link to this section doesn't work. DCEdwards1966 06:19, Dec 4, 2004 (UTC)
- I've now (hopefully!) fixed the link. --G Rutter 09:58, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- There is already an article on this: Yuza Asif Ben Standeven 08:28, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Blank and redirect to Yuza Asif, which contains much of the same info, but NPOVed. --G Rutter 09:52, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Delete as is. With possiblility of REDIRECT to Yuza Asif. --Benefros 05:04, 5 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- KeepThis is a great archeological and cultural find. What is wrong in scientifically considering the situation for examination. Why is it people blindly reject what is not comfortable to them. Those who feel that it needs to be cleaned up are always welcome to correct the details in wikipedia. Those who object please explain where Jesus went from the age of 12 to 29. Also this article does not talk for or against any faith. Just because Jesus came to india does it mean that he is denigrated ? [unsigned:User:203.197.157.1]

- Keep and redirect to "Yuza Asif". Most views are "minority views". This is absolutely not a reason for deletion.Dr Zen 01:04, 6 Dec 2004 (UTC)
- Redirect to, but do not merge with, Yuza Asif, where the issue is discussed in a sane and NPOV manner. Gamaliel 01:10, 6 Dec 2004 (UTC)
