Idea: Wikipedia:Speedy cleanup. In essense, "if this isn't fixed soon, I'm going to put it up on VFD." Occasionally an article could possibly be worthwhile, but malingers in a deletion-worthy state until someone puts it up for deletion.

Examples of articles that became worthwhile (or at least undeleteable) once they were listed on VFD:

• Docent
• Potato pancakes
• Boffin
