[edit]I cut "Bing Crosby's solo career begins"; since he was still a member of Paul Whiteman's Rhythm Boys making records without his own name on the lable as late as 1929, this is misleading if not outright inaccurate. -- Infrogmation 03:30 Feb 12, 2003 (UTC)
"Sweet Georgia Brown" w.m. Ben Bernie, Maceo Pinkard & Kenneth Casey
[edit]At least SGB is under the copyrght section, I will add it to Top Records. Ben Bernie, band leader and composer, released instrumental version on Vocalion in June. Trying to get reference, either Isham Jones on Brunswick "I'll See You In My Dreams" was top selling record of year. I will be doing chart.
# | Artist | Title | Year | Label | Recording Date | Rekease Date | |

Below are other 1925 records with sales figures (Victor). However, the number for "All Alone" is either Whiteman or both artists combined. Another problem with all, especially Dalhart, is when did sales occur? (i.e. 1924 to Oct. 1929?) Will provide all details, and be sure not to misrepresent.

- I presented top 20 list, but deleted the rank numbers, since none existed at the time. I can modify display and content if there was any interest Tillywilly17 (talk) 20:14, 25 March 2022 (UTC)
